Solution-Soft originally conceived Time Machine in 1997 as a practical solution to test business logic that could potentially be impacted by the Y2K problem.
In 1998, Time Machine was enhanced and made to be compatible with UNIX, Linux, and Windows. In the years leading up to new millennium, the software began to gain massive popularity as a reliable solution to the millennium bug.
