Job Title: Sales & Marketing Coordinator

As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator you will drive Solution-Soft's products and name-branding awareness, customer development and user community programs. You are a passionate and results-driven individual with experience in software or other high-tech B2B organization.

Supremely organized, familiar with the basics of marketing analytics are a plus. This role will involve developing customer use case stories, qualifying leads, engaging customer base for customer satisfaction and actively working with direct sales team and marketing team on application testing, test automation enterprise and promote and grow ecosystem across multiple sectors worldwide. This is a part-time position in our Santa Clara, CA office.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and roll-out marketing strategy and programs
  • Maintain and enhance website with all social media activities to increase SEO and products awareness
  • Identify and execute projects that will help improve the performance of marketing campaigns and help the department scale efficiently
  • Work closely with marketing and local sales teams to develop case studies, customer quotes, and identifying/qualifying prospects
  • Strategize new customer acquisition campaigns including events, outbound campaigns, external trade shows and customer stories
  • Optimize customer satisfaction to drive high retention, product needs, and grow ecosystem for our products
  • Monitor marketing metrics (Google analytic/SEO report, social media & email campaigns etc) and provide analysis report & recommendations for enhancing effectiveness -Work closely with the Sales teams and Sales Engineer team to drive opportunity and business growth
  • Organize and update detailed and accurate reports

Minimum qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in B2B or field marketing
  • Web page development and maintenance experience
  • Excellent communication skills in business and technical situations

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in planning and implementing multiple, complex marketing programs; Project management skills including: managing agencies, vendors and global projects
  • Familiar with CRM software (Goldmine or similar), marketing automation tools (Marketo or similar) and tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness
  • Understand the business software purchase, development and implementation sales cycles
  • Able to communicate between technical groups and customer to convey complex project in a non-technical language
  • Possess problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities with a track record of setting against measurable marketing metrics
